The Solution
In a safe and confidential space, I will work with you to examine and understand on a deeper level your life so far... and then from there, we can together, design and navigate a safe process of gently and systematically easing causes, memories and impact. During open therapy sessions we learn about your process for coping and your development of how this has got to where it is today and then we unwrap and roll-back so that you can soon be feeling like a weight has been lifted and finally feel like really living again!
